Literature
Where dreams come to die
this mindless numbing fog
a grey formless mist
my future drifts away
no lights will pierce this gloom
no ropes swing close to me
no chances I can grasp
to escape this hopeless place
a ruin of hopes and dreams
their meaningless crushen shapes lie littering the ground
the twisted metal frames of futures now molten down
a graveyard of angels, of fallen firefly trails
this is where dreams come to die
Annoyingly stubborn. A penchant for pedantry and a liking for language. Aspergian dyspraxic. Bibliophile. Contradictory. Curiosity Majorly. Creativeness. Dreaming through life. Destructive tendancies but a conservation volunteer.Easily amused. Friends and Family mean the world to me. Geologist-no-longer-in-training. Hopeless romantic but cynically pragmatic. Insanity. Intense Intrests :). Just a bit eccentric - music is colourful. Likes proving people wrong but equally likes proving them right. "Mind more twisted than a pretzel". Music is my oxygen. Outsideness, in a few senses of the word. Photo-taking addict. Structure and Spontaneity.

Golden_red
Hey :)
I figured it was about time I should post a journal and introduce myself (in a way).
Anyway: I'm Deborah or golden-red - I don't mind being called either of those.
Im a 21 year old geologist-in-training who likes drawing, taking photos, reading and writing (and lots of other things)in my (limited) spare time.
Most of what I will post on here, if what I've done so far is any guess, is photos which I take any time the opportunity presents itself. My photos are mostly landscapes - generally cause they stay still long enough to get a a half decent photo - unlike people :).
I might post some of my writings - bit unsure if they are of g
